Springmead receive a second consecutive "Outstanding" OfSTED report

Ofsted is the inspectorate for children and learners in England. It is their job to contribute to the provision of better education and care through effective inspection and regulation.

The staff and areas of the school used to care for children in the Foundation Stage and in receipt of the Early Years Grant are inspected by the Early Years Team within Ofsted. The foundation stage is a distinct phase of education for children aged 3 to 5 and this covers the Nursery and Reception class. 

The Independent Schools Team at Ofsted inspect the pre-prep and prep departments.
